Art and Om© Workshop at Art of Yoga, Singapore

Overview

Art and Om© –

is a fun and fluid integrative expressive arts workshop which connects the mind and body though creativity.

Merging the holistic methodologies of Yogic practice and Expressive Arts / Art Therapy; active imagination art making, mindful mediation, gentle vinyasa yoga and pranayama to restore and energize.

Tap into or discover your creative self and flow.

What is Art Therapy?

Art Therapy / Art Psychotherapy (like yoga) engages, explores, and activates the mind-body connection thus through imagination and creativity. It is focused on the process not the product of art making or expressive movement. Like Yoga, creative arts therapies can be a gentle, holistic journey towards healing.

Who Is This For?

Art and Om© is for ‘Every Body’ and every ability. It is also particularly useful for mental health practitioners and Yoga teachers to cultivate awareness, gain insight and deepen their practice.

No prior Yoga experience or art skills necessary, just a willingness to explore.
